Returns Policy

We understand that shopping online can be tricky and you may never have seen the product up close. That's why we have a lenient returns policy that allows you to get a full refund for any products that you're not happy with.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product, please return it to us in the original condition within 14 days of receipt and we will replace it or refund your purchase price using the original payment method.

If you are sending your parcel back to us, please send it via a tracked courier service. PetPost is not liable for returns lost in transit.

We would also appreciate it if you would let us know on what exactly you found lacking. We strive to give you the best possible service and products, so if there is an area we need to improve then we really want to know about it.

I've ordered the wrong item - how do I exchange it?

Email us at so we can help. If the item hasn't already been sent, we may be able to change or cancel your order.

I've ordered the wrong size or colour, how can I exchange it?

You can exchange the size of any product you buy by sending the product back to our us. Please note that the online store may be out of stock for the new size and colour you are after.

I've received a faulty item - how do I get it replaced?

If you have received an incorrect or faulty item, then please let us know straight away by emailing us at We will fix the problem for you as quickly as possible.

Will I be charged a courier fee to return a faulty item?

You won't need to pay a courier fee or postage to return an item if there is a fault with the product.
